2. Products & Digital Delivery
All products sold through Illumina Backdrops are digital files delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased files. No physical products will be shipped.
3. License Grant

4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable taxes.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Illumina Backdrops and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without explicit permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: resell or redistribute our digital files as-is; claim ownership of the original background designs; use automated systems to download or scrape content; or engage in any activity that interferes with the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Illumina Backdrops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
